Our Management
The Company and all its subsidiaries have established Safety Production Committees (hereinafter referred to as “the Safety Committee”) as the highest leadership and decision-making body for safety production. The Chairman of the Board serves as the Chair of the Safety Committee, the General Manager serves as the Vice Chair, and members of the management team serve as committee members. The Company’s Safety Supervision Department performs the functions of the Safety Committee Office, including direct oversight of the safety departments of subsidiaries and other day-to-day administrative tasks of the Safety Committee. At the subsidiary level, the General Manager serves as the Chair of the Safety Committee, with members of the subsidiary’s management team and heads of various departments serving as principal members. In addition, each production unit has an independent safety management organization staffed with full-time safety management personnel, who are responsible for the specific implementation of safety production management, thereby effectively ensuring the effective execution of safety production initiatives. Meanwhile, the Company and its subsidiaries continuously refine their management system framework and strengthen the implementation of the safety production responsibility system; throughout the year, numerous existing safety production-related policies were revised or newly introduced, and the signing of safety production responsibility agreements was consistently promoted. Furthermore, in accordance with laws and regulations, the Company has established safety production supervision bodies and assigned dedicated personnel, while continuously enhancing safety management of relevant stakeholders and integrating safety principles into every stage of production and operations.

• Zero equipment liability accidents resulting in direct economic losses of RMB 1 million or more

• Zero traffic fatalities for which the entity bears primary responsibility
• Occupational disease reporting, occupational health examinations, and the “three simultaneous” requirements for occupational health in construction projects
Key Performance Objectives for 2024
• 100% achievement rate for 2024 work safety performance indicators
• Total investment in safety management: RMB 369.6162 million
• The company signed four work safety responsibility agreements with key subsidiaries across its business segments, and each subsidiary internally signed 3,713 work safety responsibility agreements at all levels.
• The Company’s Safety Committee Office conducted 21 safety inspections, identifying 82 safety hazards or issues, with a 100% rectification rate.
• Subsidiaries and all production units conducted 4,038 self-inspections and self-corrections for work safety, identifying 16,059 safety hazards or issues, with a 100% rectification rate.
• Conducted 349 emergency response drills for various production safety accidents, with a total of 7,112 participants.
• No occupational diseases occurred at the company; employee health examination coverage reached 100%; and 4,017 employees are covered by work safety liability insurance.
