Our Management
Guangdong Hongda strictly complies with the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Interim Provisions on Prohibiting Commercial Bribery, and other relevant laws and regulations. The company continuously strengthens and improves its corporate ethics and anti-corruption management system by formulating a series of internal policies, including the Guangdong Hongda Discipline Inspection Work System, the Key Points for Building Party Conduct and Integrity and Combating Corruption in 2024, the Guangdong Hongda Employee Integrity and Compliance Handbook, and the Related-Party Transaction Management System. In addition, Guangdong Hongda has established an integrated “six-in-one” oversight platform to institutionalize political oversight; it also organizes targeted identification and prevention of integrity risks within the enterprise, effectively transforming potential risk points into safety safeguards and establishing a risk assessment and early-warning mechanism that ensures “no room for corruption.”

• Conducted 29 anti-corruption training sessions, with 1,372 participants.
• Conducted one anti-corruption training session for directors, achieving 100% director training coverage.
• Conducted 28 anti-corruption training sessions for employees, with a total of 1,363 participations.
• Received 2 valid reports, with a 100% report-handling rate.
