Our Management
The company has established a full-lifecycle management system and mechanism for suppliers, standardizing the processes and mechanisms for supplier onboarding, performance assessment and evaluation, and exit, as well as procurement procedures, thereby building a secure and stable supplier base. 
Key Performance Objectives for 2024
• Total number of suppliers: 857, including 790 domestic suppliers and 67 international suppliers.
• During the reporting period, the Company had no instances of overdue payments or outstanding payments to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Our Key Actions
• Enhancing supply chain resilience: Encourage all business units to proactively identify and assess supply chain risks, establish clear mitigation measures for potential risks, and strengthen communication and collaboration with suppliers to ensure swift corrective actions can be implemented when issues arise.
• Supply Chain ESG Management: Proactively monitor ESG risks throughout the supply chain and, in the Procurement Management Measures, clearly stipulate requirements for suppliers’ ESG-related practices in areas such as safety, environmental protection, and quality. Encourage suppliers to engage in technological innovation and embrace sustainable development, giving priority to those that offer new products, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly products, or products with independent intellectual property rights that have been approved by relevant national authorities or the company. Continuously strengthen integrity management of suppliers by requiring them to sign an Integrity Commitment Letter and incorporating anti-corruption clauses into contracts, thereby setting forth specific ethical standards and expectations for suppliers’ business conduct.
• Empowering suppliers: Strengthen communication and collaboration with suppliers to help them enhance product and service quality, improve workplace safety, and elevate operational and management capabilities, thereby jointly building a sustainable supply chain and fostering harmonious, long-term partnerships.
